Minimum Order

• $150 minimum per order
• 10 packs minimum per blend
• Mix-and-match option: 5 packs per blend with a 20-pack total minimum

Payment & Processing

• Payment due in full before production or shipment
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after payment confirmation
• Accepted payments: Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or invoice payment link

Shipping

• Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS
• Local delivery or pickup available in the Maryland / Washington DC area

Private Labeling

• Custom/private labeling available for large orders (minimum 200 packs)

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of herbal products, all sales are final
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement
